What is Grounding?

Grounding is completely free and safe. The practice of grounding works by allowing the earth s energy to interact with cells in the human body. Our white blood cells produce free radicals which can cause problems in the body such as inflammation. This is because these tiny molecules need free electrons to pair with, but there are none of these in the human body.
